Sophia Tsoli is the founder of ST Miracle Business and for over 10 years, she has been supporting ambitious entrepreneurs to organize, develop, and streamline their businesses, building solid foundations for prosperity, profitability, and balance.
Her own journey did not start on an “easy path.” With 16 years of experience as a banking executive in a leadership position in business loan granting, team management, and executive training, she seemed to have a “secure” and “successful” career. However, behind this external image, she deeply sought something more: meaning, truth, and personal freedom.
Her personal development journey began 20 years ago, at a time when everything in her life seemed “settled,” but she felt lost and trapped. The first personal development seminar she attended – a turning point for her – showed her that her life and choices could change. Since then, continuous evolution and education became a way of life.
After years of intensive personal work and studies in Coaching, Entrepreneurship, and Lifelong Learning, Sophia made a life-changing decision: to leave a stable banking career and create her own professional path, supporting other people who, like her once, wish to change their lives.
Sophia firmly believes that behind every business there is a person and that personal development and business success are inextricably linked. For her, the miracle that every entrepreneur seeks comes when they decide to change their way of thinking, take responsibility for their life, gain awareness, and take action.
